Each individual may maintain only one personal account unless explicitly permitted by OruVari.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the original content you create and publish on OruVari.

By submitting content, you grant OruVari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

Display your content on the platform.
Promote your content through OruVari’s marketing channels.
Include selected content in digital or printed compilations, promotional materials, or other OruVari publications, with appropriate attribution where reasonably practicable.

This licence continues unless you delete the content or the law requires otherwise, subject to any rights already granted for previously published compilations.

5. Originality

You confirm that:

Your submissions are your original work or that you have the necessary rights to publish them.
Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Publish plagiarised or copyrighted material without permission.
Create fake or duplicate accounts.
Manipulate votes or engagement.
Use bots or automated tools without authorisation.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or explicit content.
Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

7. Membership

Free and Prime Memberships are subject to the features and limits published on the Membership Plans page.

Membership fees, where applicable, are charged for access to premium platform features and are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

8. Creator Rewards

The Creator Rewards Program is discretionary and governed by the published Creator Reward Policy.

Participation in the program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or guarantee of payment.

OruVari reserves the right to determine eligibility, verify activity, investigate fraud, and modify or discontinue the program where necessary.

9. Reward Points

Reward Points:

Are issued under the rules of the Creator Reward Program.
May be subject to expiry or redemption limits.
Have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with the applicable policy.
May be cancelled or adjusted in cases of fraud, error, or policy violations.

10. Moderation

OruVari may review, edit, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

11. Intellectual Property

The OruVari name, logo, design, trademarks, software, and platform content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of OruVari or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12. Disclaimer

OruVari provides a platform for user-generated content.

Opinions expressed by users are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of OruVari.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OruVari shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
